2. Food flavoring and flavor blending (It is an approved edible flavoring agent according to GB 2760 and FEMA 2716 (GRAS), belonging to ultra-micro flavor enhancers.

Onion and garlic flavoring essence: onion oil, garlic oil, scallion essence, restoring fresh pungency and spiciness

Meat flavoring essence: meat broth, braised meat, ham, instant noodle seasonings, enhancing "freshness, meat broth sensation, and steaming aroma"

Dairy products and fermented foods: cheese, yogurt, fermented soybean products, alcohol flavoring essence, simulating fermented sulfur aroma;

Nuts and baked goods flavoring essence: combined with furfuryl alcohol, ethyl maltol, enhancing the after-taste of baking.
