Product Application

1. Beverages

Carbonated drinks / Juices: Water-soluble flavoring agents, with an addition range of 0.03% - 0.1%, need to withstand carbon dioxide pressure and acidic environments (pH 2.5 - 4.5), and have a fresh and non-irritating aroma.

Plant protein beverages: Added in oat milk and coconut milk at 0.05% - 0.12%, blending with plant-based flavors, enhancing smoothness.

Functional beverages: Added in energy drinks at 0.06% - 0.1%, masking the odor of vitamins or electrolytes, enhancing the drinking experience.

2. Dairy products and frozen foods

Ice cream / Ice cream bars: Oil-soluble or oil-water dual-purpose flavoring agents, with an addition range of 0.1% - 0.3%, requiring good low-temperature stability to avoid ice crystal damage to the aroma structure.

Cakes / Cookies: Oil-soluble flavoring agents, with an addition range of 0.1% - 0.2%, resistant to high temperatures (≥180℃), undergoing the Maillard reaction with sugar in flour during baking, enhancing the nutty and sweet flavors.

Hard candies / Soft candies: Water-soluble or oil-water dual-purpose flavoring agents, with an addition range of 0.2% - 0.5%, resistant to boiling (≤130℃), leaving a long-lasting aroma and not sticking to teeth.
